Our Story
Make It Mine began in 1994 as a husband and wife dream. Wayne and Barbara Conroy started the company in their garage with a single machine, steady hands, and a commitment to doing things the right way. What began as a humble home operation quickly earned a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, unwavering service, and work that simply stood apart.
Over the years, that reputation carried Make It Mine from a quiet garage to a thriving storefront on West Main Avenue in Morgan Hill, California. Not through hype. Not through shortcuts. But through consistency, integrity, and thousands of jobs delivered with pride.
In 2014, ownership passed to Alleen “Lee” Justice, who had already spent seven years helping build the company from the inside. Lee brought fresh vision while protecting the soul of what made Make It Mine special. She believes in excellence without ego, innovation without losing tradition, and treating every customer like family.

Make It Mine is built to handle everything from one cherished custom piece to large-scale commercial runs of hundreds of items. Our equipment includes one of the largest single-head embroidery machines on the West Coast, allowing us to stitch oversized, intricate designs with precision and speed that few can match.
Banners. Flags. Awnings. Horse blankets. Corporate apparel. Promotional products. If it can be stitched, branded, or customized, we elevate it.
Through trusted partnerships with fulfillment and promotional product providers, we also offer seamless access to silk screening and branded merchandise. One relationship. One storefront. Endless capability.
